Joe grew up in Christian Service Brigade and has been participating and serving in local Brigade ministries throughout most of his life. He has been a leader in Tree Climbers, Stockade, and Battalion at the Chapel of Akron. Joe has been a camp counselor and even an interim camp director at Ohio Brigade Camp. He has been serving on the Stony Glen Camp board of directors.
Joe lived out 2 Timothy 2:2 well, in Brigade fashion. He learned from faithful men, lived as a faithful man, and taught others to be faithful as well. We will miss him until we see Him face to face.
