The Lord is good, and He has instructed us to not fear (2
Tim. 1:7). I pray that each of you and your households are relying on Him for
your strength and power. I pray that you are supporting one another, as well as
looking for opportunities to speak truth into the lives of people without the hope
of Christ. The desperation was evident on the faces of the people I met while out
shopping yesterday. Without Yahweh- the only true and wise God who is able to keep us- I
can understand the world’s fear.
We are NOT planning
to cancel Brigade Camp for 2020. Though none of us ever really know what
tomorrow will bring, we are continuing with our normal plans for the season. To
help us fully prepare, we
need all Staff, Junior Counselors, and Service Crew to get registered ASAP .
Campers; be assured you
can register for camp without concern of losing your deposit. You can
register and pay your deposit with no risk. If, for some reason, the current
situation keeps us from carrying through with our plans for camp, we will
refund all payments and deposits that were made.
Philippians 4:6-7
(ESV)
6 do
not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication
with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. 7 And
the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and
your minds in Christ Jesus.
